Little Black Booties
Via my Sale Mail Alert, news that this little black Guess bootie's on sale.
You have to go see black lace lingerie for your feet!
Have fun with your feet.
Dead tired on your feet? Check out zombie heels on eBay.
I can't quite decide if I love or hate these... I think they over-power everything in my closet! (And my bank accounts lol)
If I squeal any more, the neighbors will think I need help, but seeing these hand-knit lacy mohair knee socks trimmed with cream lace and buttons, how can I not?!
I found this fab vintage image over at A Slip of a Girl's great post about matching boudoir slippers and lingerie. She also has this related post about glamour girl slippers.
Barring some unforeseen act of Cupid, I'm single again this Valentine's Day -- however, I did find (via Shop It To Me) the perfect heels to capture the spirit of the situation: The Jacob Pump. Sure, I love the round-toe patent platform pump -- but check out the contrasting red suede heel. It's like you put that stiletto heel right through that knave's heart. (Also available with a blue suede heel, if you're Mr. Wrong was a blue blood; or if you're just not as bitter as I am.)
These Jimmy Choo Blue Satin Diamante Platform Sandals are nothing to sneeze at! Though my eyes do water at the site of them... I think that's tears of joy, not any sort of allergy. *wink*
Haut perché shares this retro magazine article on shoes from New Look, December 1984. Click the image; it gets really big!
My girlfriend Carmen got these Naughty Monkey Women's Catch Ankle Boots -- and boy is "catch ankle" right! The ankle decoration catches on everything. One of those floppy belt doolies looks nicked and ragged; the other nearly was ripped off when it caught on the stock shelves at work, sending her sprawling to the floor. That's more than a naughty monkey; that's a huge Fail.
Via my Sale Mail alert, news that these pretty ribbed leg warmers with a beaded gem floral pattern are on sale. I'm love the grey and the pink, but black is awfully practical too... They can be worn on the arms too, if you're into that sort of a thing.
Guess describes the Kemana as "rocker chic stilettos," but I'm still thinking they're lovely little bondage devices... Strategically strapping.... Erotically exposing delicate parts while forcing the foot to submit... But then I am a shoe and foot fetishist. *wink*
